• @virginmedia.com
• @virgin.net
• @ntlworld.com
• @blueyonder.co.uk.

If you’re affected, Virgin Media will contact you about your options for keeping or replacing it.

Why this matters for your MSE Forum account

If you use one of these addresses for your MSE Forum account and don't update it before your address stops working, you may lose access to the Forum. Specifically, you'll stop receiving:

• Notifications for replies and PMs
• The Forum Digest Email (if you've signed up)
• Password reset emails - meaning if you ever get locked out, we may not be able to help you back in
• Any correspondence we send to confirm if it's really you, if you contact us about your Forum account
