Lindahls Protein September Giveaway 2026

Terms and Conditions:

1. These terms and conditions apply to the Lindahls Protein September 2026 Giveaway run on Instagram. By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
2. The prize draw is organised by Lactalis McLelland Ltd (the “Promoter”), with trading address of First Floor, Grosvenor House, 65–71 London Road, Redhill RH1 1LQ.
3. You must be a UK resident and aged 18 or over to enter. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. Only one entrant per household is permitted. The Promoter reserves the right to require proof of eligibility as a condition of awarding the prize.
4. To enter, entrants must sign in to Instagram and complete all three of the following steps: i) Follow @lindahls_uk on Instagram ; ii) Like the giveaway post on the @lindahls_uk feed ; and iii) Tag a friend in a comment on the giveaway post. An entry will not be valid unless all three steps have been completed.
5. Entrants may submit multiple entries by tagging a different person in a separate comment on the giveaway post each time. However, the same person may only be tagged once across all entries; any duplicate tag of a person already tagged will not count as a valid entry.
6. Entries must fulfil the giveaway requirements as specified. Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to these terms and conditions will be disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion. Entrants may not use multiple Instagram accounts or identities. Any fraudulent behaviour or attempts to circumvent these rules will result in removal from the prize draw and disqualification of all associated entries.
7. Entries must be submitted before 23:59 GMT on 15th October 2026. The draw will take place within 3 days of the prize draw closing.
8. One winner will be chosen from all valid entries received during the prize draw period by means of an independently verifiable random-selection method. The Promoter will record the selection process and retain the record for a minimum of 12 months after the draw date, so that the fairness of the draw can be demonstrated on request.
9. The winner will receive the following Lindahls Protein products: 1 Tote Bag, 1 Bottle, 1 Gouda Cheese, 1 Quark Cheese, 1 Cottage Cheese, 1 Greek Cheese, 1 Chocolate flavoured Protein Milk Drink with Collagen, 1 Strawberry flavoured Protein Milk Drink with Collagen, 1 Chocolate flavoured Protein Milk Drink and 1 Vanilla flavoured Protein Milk Drink, as depicted in the giveaway visual. The prize is non-transferable and no alternatives will be offered.
10. The winner will be chosen at random as set forth in clause 8 and notified via Instagram direct message within 3 days of the draw date.
11. If the winner fails to respond and provide a valid UK address within 3 days of notification, or declines the prize, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries. Failure to respond will result in forfeiting the prize.
12. The winner’s first name and county of residence will be announced on the @lindahls_uk Instagram page within 7 days of the winner confirming they ’ve received their prize and will remain posted for at least 28 days in the caption of the giveaway post. The winner’s details will also be published on the Lindahls Protein terms and conditions page at www.lindahls.co.uk. Any person may obtain the winner’s surname and county by writing to the Promoter at the address in clause 2 within 6 weeks of the draw date, enclosing a stamped, self-addressed envelope. Winners will be informed before any public announcement is made. By entering the prize draw, entrants agree that, if selected as the winner, their first name, surname, and county of residence may be published as described in this clause.
13. Employees of Lactalis McLelland Ltd., Caledonian Cheese Company, McLelland Cheese Packing, Fresh Milk Company, Lubborn Cheese, their suppliers, agents, distributors and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
14. The prize draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
15. The prize draw may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
16. By entering this prize draw, entrants acknowledge that Lactalis McLelland Ltd (registered office: The Creamery, Commerce Road, Stranraer, DG9 7DA) is the data controller in respect of any personal data collected in connection with the prize draw. The Promoter will collect entrants’ Instagram handles (and, in the case of the winner, name, postal address, and contact details) solely for the purposes of administering the prize draw, selecting and verifying the winner, delivering the prize, and publicly announcing the winner as described in clause 12. The lawful basis for processing this data is the Promoter’s legitimate interest in running and administering the prize draw. The lawful basis for publicly announcing the winner’s details is the entrant’s consent given on entry (see clause 12); the winner may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting the Promoter, although this will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Where consent is required for any other purpose (for example, for direct marketing communications), it will be obtained separately. Personal data will be retained for no longer than 6 months after the prize has been awarded, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Entrants’ personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to deliver the prize or as required by law. Entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Instagram or Meta. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the prize draw should be directed to the Promoter and not to Instagram or Meta.
