Question about my LA win

Hi All

I still haven't heard anything from the NOTW about my trip to LA, do you think it would be rude to call them today to chase it?
My name is still on the website as the winner and I know that if I hadnt googled my name then I probably wouldnt know about it yet but as I do and am on Maternity Leave from work I need to arrange the dates and speak to work about getting the time off as getting time off in the run up to xmas can be hard work and sometimes impossible.

I did call them the Friday after christmas and they said they would call in the new year but still havent heard anything.

Well I have spent best part of 2 hours today chasing this up and have had rude customer service staff, as was the same guy I spoketo after xmas and he said he had given me a contact name of the guy i need to speak to but he didnt (I know as always make a note of peoples name due to working in cust service myself) , been passed here there and everywhere and even had a visit to The Sun thrown in :rotfl: and then eventualy get told the NOTW run a skeleton staff today and to try tomorrow after 10!
Why could they not of told me this when I first called in!

Sorry to hear you have been having problems. I'm chasing two wins (1 wem and 1 phone call) that were both over 2 months ago and it does take the shine off the wins a bit - I was so excited when I got the news too. It also makes me a bit sceptical about future wins. Hope I'm proved wrong and we all get our winnings!
