By entering this prize draw or competition (the Promotion), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the Specific Terms and Conditions) which incorporate and are subject to the General Terms and Conditions. Unless otherwise stated, any terms defined in the General Terms and Conditions shall also apply to the Specific Terms and Conditions. Eligibility

Timing

1. The Promotion starts at 12.00PM (UK time) on 24 September 2026 and closes at 5.00PM (UK time) on 16 October 2026. Postal entries must be received by 23.59 PM (UK Time) on 20 October 2026 (the Promotion Period). Any entries received outside the Promotion Period are automatically disqualified.

Entry limits during the Promotion Period

1. Each participant can enter the Promotion up to the following limits:

You can enter up to a maximum of 100 (one hundred) times Online. 

 

1. Post entries: You can enter up to a maximum of 116 times. Where a participant submits multiple entries within a single postcard or envelope, only one entry will be entered into the Promotion.

Winners and Prizes 

1. There will be only one (1) winner of the Promotion (the Winner), who will receive the Prize (as defined below).  The Winner will be selected at random from all valid entries for this Promotion received during the Promotion Period by a computer process that produces verifiably random results. 
2. The Prize is one (1) Apple iPhone 18 Pro (256GB) in Black only. Prize is provided as a handset only. For the avoidance of any doubt, Prize excludes sim-card/service plan/data. 
3. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value, or at its sole discretion, the cash value of the Prize.  
4. The Winner is responsible for paying all costs and expenses that are not included within the Prize, but are incidental to the Winner redeeming the Prize. 

Winner Notification and Claiming Prize 

1. The Promoter will randomly select one Participant (from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period by a computer process that produces verifiably random results).
2. The Promoter will use its reasonable endeavours to notify the Winner by email or phone using the other contact details provided to the Promoter within 7 days after the end of the Promotion Period. The Winner needs to confirm acceptance of the Prize within 14 days of being notified they have won. Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.  
3. If a Winner (i) cannot be contacted within this 14 day window or (ii) refuses or is unable to confirm acceptance of the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a new Winner (at random, using a computer process that produces verifiably random results), from the remaining valid entries that were received during the Promotion Period.
4. The Prize will be delivered, or details with instructions on how to book or obtain the Prize will be communicated, to the Winner within a reasonable time and by no later than 28 (twenty eight) days after the Prize has been accepted.  

General 

1. The Promoter's decision as to the Winner of the Prize is final and binding on the participants. The Promoter will not enter into correspondence with participants in relation to this decision.

The Promoter reserves the right to extend, withdraw, alter, or suspend these Specific Terms and Conditions, the Promotion, or any element of the Prize, and accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, or inability of a winner to redeem their Prize, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These circumstances include, but are not limited to: cancellation or postponement of the Prize,  travel cancellations or delays, being denied entry, detained, deported, or otherwise restricted by any immigration or border control authority for any reason, strike, lock-out, labour dispute, illness, act of God, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions, war, riot, civil commotion, accident, public health concerns, epidemic or pandemic, malicious damage, fire, flood, compliance with any law or governmental order, breakdown of plant and machinery, actions of third parties, or personal circumstances affecting the winner or their guest(s).
5. The Promotion and these Specific Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by English law. You can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these Specific Terms and Conditions in the English courts. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these Specific Terms and Conditions in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these Specific Terms and Conditions in either the Northern Irish or the English courts. Nothing affects the mandatory provisions of your local law.
