This is on Android Chrome so ymmv. Once you enter your details, the screen refreshed and went back to the top. I scrolled down expecting to find a "thanks for your entry" message but there was a "are you human" confirmation checkbox which then produced the entry confirmation message so just look out for this when you enter.
