    What is Win Win?

Win Win with Postcode Lottery is back for another series on ITV1 where viewers at home can play along with the show and win the same prizes as the contestants in the studio!

How much does it cost to play?

Nothing, it’s free to enter! (Data charges may apply, please check with your internet service provider)

How do I register to play?

You will need to register for an ITV Win account and create a ‘Win Win with Postcode Lottery’ player profile, by going to www.itv.com/winwin. You can go to the website using a desktop computer, tablet or smartphone.

On the website, click 'Register/Login.' You will then be prompted to enter your date of birth. After entering it, you'll be redirected to create your ITV Win account using your phone number.

If you do not have a pre-existing account, you will be sent a PIN to your mobile number that you will then be required to enter on the website to authenticate your registration and create your account.

Once you have done this, you will be redirected to www.itv.com/winwin to complete your player registration. This includes providing your full name, address (including postcode), and email address and accepting T&Cs.

    How do I play?

You’ll need to watch the show on ITV1 on Saturday evenings and make sure you are on the website and logged into your account. In the programme you’ll be told when a round is about to start and there will also be a countdown timer on the website. You will play at the same time as the studio contestant. Each round has five questions that you must answer before the timer runs out.

You’ll need to make sure you have a reliable internet connection and that you don’t move away from your browser at any time whilst playing. You also shouldn’t change devices whilst playing.

I can’t get the QR code to work?

If a QR code is displayed in the show, using your smartphone, you should open your camera and hover over the QR code that’s on your TV screen for a couple of seconds. This should take you straight through to the website. If you cannot get it to work, open your usual web browser and type in www.itv.com/winwin.

Can I play along using a screen reader?

Yes you can if using a tablet or computer (as opposed to a mobile device). In order to play along, go straight to the voting website at www.itv.com/winwin.

    I haven’t received my passcode?

Please ensure you have typed your UK mobile number in correctly. It may take a few minutes to receive your passcode. Your passcode comes as a free text message so check you have a good network signal.

    How do I win?

For shows 1 to 5, each of the three rounds has a prize that will be something amazing like a holiday, a car or an experience. You just have to answer all five questions in the round to be eligible for the prize draw to win that prize - you don’t have to get the answers right!

For the final show, show 6, there is one huge cash prize available if you answer all fifteen questions, again - you don’t have to get the answers right!

    What’s Win The Answer?

During each episode, one of the rounds will feature a ‘Win The Answer’ prize. The studio players can win a prize based on the answer to one of the questions (e.g. Which of these would the most Brits like to have in their garden? Gnome / Bird bath / Wind chimes) - all studio players who correctly answer 'Bird bath' will then win a prize of a bird bath. The same number of home entrants will also win this prize (so if 17 studio players get it right, there will be 17 home entrants that win the same prize).

    What’s Millionaire’s Row?

In shows 1 to 5 here are three rounds of five questions. If you answer all fifteen questions (you don’t have to get them right) then you will be eligible for the prize draw to win a seat on Millionaire’s Row. If you are eligible you will be told on the website and asked if you agree to be included in the draw and some eligibility criteria.

At the end of the series, in show 6, all the contestants on Millionaire’s Row have the opportunity to compete and one person will win at least £1m!

What are the Top Ten questions?

These are after each round and near the end of the show. You can play on the website, but these questions are just for fun for home players.

How will I know if I am a winner?

The round winners will be shown on air when possible (first name, first initial of surname and town). If you are a winner you will be contacted by phone and you must answer within 72 hours. The first call will be attempted that evening after the show. Please note that any public announcement made regarding a winner is pending verification unless otherwise stated and should not be considered final confirmation.

Those randomly selected for consideration for Millionaire's Row will be contacted during the evening after the show and the process will be explained during that call.

Where can I see the winners?

Winners can be found at itv.com/win

If I’m giving you my details, what will you do with this data?

By entering the competition, you agree to our terms and conditions that we may use your information to fulfil the prize draws, and that we may contact you at a later stage. The full details of this are available here, https://www.itv.com/terms/articles/win-win-privacy

Who can I contact if my question isn’t answered here?

Full terms and conditions are here: https://www.itv.com/terms/articles/win-win-playalong-prize-draw-terms

If your query is still not answered, please complete the following web form, and someone will respond to your enquiry: https://itvsupport.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new?ticket_form=competitions_and_voting
