Terms and Conditions
Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Polytar, trading as Universal Medicines Limited of Fifth Floor Watson House, 54-60 Baker Street, London, W1U 7BU, UK (“Promoter”).
Eligibility
1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over.
2. Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this competition, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
3. By entering this competition, participants confirm they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize they may win.
The prize is not suitable for guests with hair extensions, recent hair colour treatments, active scalp infections, a sensitive scalp, those who are pregnant or anyone who experiences claustrophobia.
Competition Period
1. The competition opens at 00:00 on 02/10/2026 and closes at 23:59 on 30/10/2026 (“Competition Period”).
2. Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.
How to Enter
1. To enter, participants must answer the multiple-choice reader question by ticking the correct answer, and then answer either Yes or No to the opt-in question for data capture.
2. Only one entry per person per day, unless otherwise stated.
3. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
4. Incomplete, illegible, bulk, automated, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
Prizes
1. There will be three (3) winners.
2. All three (3) winners will win a Head in the Clouds for Two Spa Day at the Bannatyne Spa venue of their choice.
3. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
5. The prize is subject to the venue’s availability and its own booking terms and conditions. The Promoter does not own or operate the venue and has no control over the dates or times made available for redemption. The winner will be responsible for arranging their booking directly with the venue, subject to any applicable validity period.
Spa Bag Hire and Venue Charges: Spa bag hire is operated and administered by the participating spa venue and is not provided or managed by Polytar. Spa bag hire charges vary by location and start from £10 per person. The hire charge includes a robe, towel, flip-flops and bag; the flip-flops and bag may be kept at the end of the spa day. The spa bag hire fee is non-refundable.
A temporary £10 per person hold may also be placed on the guest’s payment card by the spa venue for each spa bag provided. This hold will be released by the venue once the robe and towel are returned at the end of the spa day.
Any spa bag hire fees, deposits/holds, payment requirements and associated terms are set and administered solely by the participating spa venue. Polytar does not operate the venue, provide the spa treatment or spa bag service, process these payments, or control the venue’s charges or refund/release processes. Entrants should check the applicable venue’s terms and charges before booking or attending.
6. Winner Selection
1. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period, unless otherwise stated.
2. The draw will take place within one day of the competition closing date.
3. The first three (3) randomly selected winners will be chosen to receive the prizes, respectively.
7. Winner Notification
Three (3) winners will be drawn at random and notified as soon as possible via the contact details provided on entry by a member of the Lem-uhn PR team.
If a winner cannot be contacted within two weeks or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Prize Delivery
Prizes will be delivered via the email supplied on entry within a reasonable time frame of the winner successfully claiming their prize
2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes lost or delayed during email delivery where caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
9. Publicity
By entering, winners agree that the Promoter may use their first name, surname initial, county/city, and likeness for promotional purposes relating to the competition without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
If a winner objects to such publication, they should notify the Promoter when claiming their prize. The Promoter may still be required to provide winner information to regulatory authorities where legally required.
10. Data Protection
1. Personal data supplied during the course of this competition will be processed in accordance with applicable UK and Irish data protection laws and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
2. Personal data will only be used for the administration of the competition unless participants have separately agreed to receive marketing communications.
11. Limitation of Liability
1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of a prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
2. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. General
1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
3. The Promoter's decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding.
4. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales for UK entrants and the laws of the Republic of Ireland for Irish entrants, subject to any mandatory local consumer protection laws.
5. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
6. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform.
