The prize:
The winner and guest will stay for two nights, B&B, in an Executive King room at 100 Princes Street, Edinburgh. A member of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection, this luxurious townhouse property with 29 rooms and suites opened in 2024 and offers views across Princes Street Gardens towards Edinburgh Castle. Inside, Araminta Campbell-designed bespoke tartans combine with antiques and artworks to create a powerful sense of place, while the resident-only Wallace bar and restaurant is the hotel’s natural hub.
The hotel offers a range of experiences including textile tours, fishing and whisky tastings that showcase exceptional drams from a private collection.
The prize includes one three-course dinner for two (excluding drinks) at the Wallace. It must be taken before September 23, 2027, subject to availability and excluding public holidays and the following blackout dates: December 24-27, December 30-January 2, February 6-13, March 5 and August 1-31.
