Bringing this back to topic. Are the references bad (as in not flattering) but honest and truthful? If so there is little you can do.

Based on what you have said in this thread, you took a contract position to build 5 power supplies in 6 weeks and that outcome was not achieved. If that employer gave a reference that stated something like "the rate of output fell below expectations" that would be honest and therefore acceptable to say.

In your other threads, you have mentioned several times being asked to do work in a way that you do not consider safe and therefore you left the businesses. It is not clear whether that just occurred once and you have relayed the tale multiple times or you have left multiple companies stating safety concerns. Anyway, your comments that these companies have given references along the lines of "left mid-project and left us in the lurch" might well be truthful.

You also need to be aware that leaving multiple companies "on principle" about safety might mean that you become aware to recruiters and employers as someone who moves on too readily. It might not need an explicit reference to say that.

If you are leaving multiple employers because of "safety" or because of "too rushed jobs" it might be that you need to recalibrate yourself or retrain to an alternative career.
