Slimming world meal planner!

Help!!

My fiance is trying to loose weight this year, but is also starting a new 55hr 6 days a week job! She used to be involved with slimming world and wants to rejoin the programme. Unfortunately muggins here is going to have to do the cooking!

I need to setup a meal plan for this week - does anyone have any ideas for simple and quick 'free' veggie meals I can do for her?
Tim

Batchelors Pasta n Sauce (exc macaroni cheese) are good quickies if she ever needs to do it herself, but if you need chicken pieces or mince for a receipe on a green day just substitute Quorn! 100% free! I made a fab Lasagne with it on Saturday!
