Notice of Intended Dividends
Hi
I filled for Bankruptcy in 2009 and a Notice of Intended Dividends has gone up where -
"Creditors who have not proved their debts by 20 April 2026 may be excluded from the benefit of the dividend or any other dividend declared before their debt is proved."
I am confused as to what this may mean to me, the bankrupt party?
Thanks in advance for any clarifying comments on this matter.

It doesn't mean anything for you - it's a last opportunity for any creditors to come forward and lodge a claim. Given the proof deadline was April, this was probably published in March so everything should have been closed off by now.

Thanks a lot.
