Trainpal Promo code
Has anyone used the MSE promo code to purchase a railcard but instead of allowing 30 days to activate the card by purchasing a rail ticket (as stated by MSE), they give you less than 12 hours?

No, but it's possible to buy a rail ticket for very little online if you need to.
Try Lichfield City to Lichfield Trent Valley or there's another famous one in Wales for about £1.40.

Thank you but too late for me, the card had been cancelled by Trainpal before I even realised it had the incredibly short time frame to activate it. It's really annoying and its disappointing that MSE has got it wrong!

Trainpal are a company best avoided as overseas based companies have little detailed knowledge of the UK rail ticketing system and conditions of carriage.
What due diligence MSE do on the companies before promoting the offers is for them to answer.

Hi, sorry to hear of your experience. I will private message you for more details, so we can put this to TrainPal and see what wrong here. Thanks
