About the Competition

The promoter of this competition is Marks and Spencer plc, Waterside House, 35 North Wharf Road, London W2 1NW (“M&S”).

By entering the competition, you agree to the below terms and conditions, to be bound by the decisions of M&S and to receive an electronic notification from M&S in relation to the outcome of the competition.

Entering the Competition

This competition is open only to UK residents aged 18 or over.

Employees of the Marks and Spencer Group of Companies (or any company and/or agency connected with this competition) are not permitted to enter.

The competition opens at 09:00 on 31 August 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 30 September 2026. No entries will be accepted outside of this period.

How to Enter

To enter, entrants must:

Upload an image of an M&S Food on the Move lunch containing at least one qualifying main product (sandwich, wrap, roll, sushi or salad) via the competition microsite.

Submit their first name, last name, email address, county of residence and date of birth.

Complete all required fields before 23:59 on 30 September 2026.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries submitted on behalf of third parties will not be accepted.

By entering the competition, entrants permit M&S to use the contact details provided solely for administering the competition and contacting winners.

By entering the competition, entrants acknowledge that, if selected as a winner, their surname and county of residence may be made available in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Use of the images by M&S

Entrants hereby grant M&S (and/or undertake to procure the grant to M&S of) a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferrable licence and all necessary permissions and/or consents required (with full right to sub-license) to all Intellectual Property Rights necessary to use, copy, reproduce, edit, modify, publish, display and share submitted images and associated content across all M&S and M&S’ affiliate owned channels and marketing materials for the promotion of M&S and its business, including but not limited to the competition microsite, social media channels, websites and email communications.

M&S reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate, offensive, unlawful or otherwise unsuitable.

Entrants warrant, represent and undertake that:

(a) any images submitted are the entrant's own original work or that the entrant has all necessary rights, licences, consents and permissions to submit the images and grant the rights contemplated by these Terms and Conditions;

(b) all permissions and consents have been obtained from any individuals appearing in the images;

(c) the images do not infringe the Intellectual Property Rights, privacy rights, publicity rights or any other rights of any third party; and

(d) the use, reproduction, publication, display and exploitation of the images by M&S and its affiliates in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not infringe the rights of any third party

Choosing the Winner

Five winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period.

The draw will take place w/c 5 October 2026.

All entries will be manually checked and verified by M&S before being entered into a third-party random selection application from which the winners will be drawn.

M&S will notify the winners by email by 5pm 23 October using the email address provided on the submission form.

The email will include details of the prize and the link to the e-gift card(s).

This promotion is open only to UK residents aged 18 years or over. M&S reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entries from individuals who do not satisfy the eligibility requirements, or who fail to provide requested verification information, may be disqualified.

M&S accepts no responsibility for any failure, delay or inability to deliver the e-gift card(s) resulting from inaccurate, incomplete or incorrectly supplied information.

The Prize

There are five prizes available. Each prize consists of M&S e-gift card(s) with a total value of £1,800.

The value has been calculated to represent approximately one M&S Food on the Move lunch per working day for one year.

As e-gift cards are subject to individual card value limits, the prize may be issued across more than one gift card.

General

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and subject to availability. There is no cash alternative.

M&S's decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the competition.

No responsibility will be taken for late, lost, corrupted, incomplete or misdirected entries.

M&S reserves the right to check the validity of any entry and the identity of any entrant or winner and to refuse entry or award a prize where M&S reasonably believes these Terms and Conditions have been breached.

Prize details are correct at the date of publication. M&S reserves the right to substitute any element of the prize with a prize of a similar nature and/or value should any original element become unavailable.

M&S reserves the right to cancel, amend, suspend or withdraw the competition where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

Please be aware that, in accordance with applicable laws governing prize draws, if you are a winner in this prize draw your name and county of residence may be published and/or disclosed to the Advertising Standards Authority.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit M&S's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, M&S shall have no liability for any loss, damage or delay arising in connection with the competition or prize.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

This competition shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
