I'd be reasonably confident you could open an II account and transfer all the pensions to that and pay £5.99/month plus whatever the fund fees are.
It's worth checking that there aren't any protected benefits or entitlements you'd lose but at your age and the amount (respectfully it's not that large) I' be struggling to see how you benefit from paying £1400 now and > 1% on the whole amount invested ongoing.
It may not sound much but over time fees compound the same as returns do and the difference between 1.2% and 0.2% can be a real drag.
