NHS Discount Puzzle

Twice in the last few weeks Mrs S has purchased items instore (at Clarks & H.Samuel), and on checking the receipts it says 'NHS Discount 15%'. She has not asked for a discount, and doesn't qualify for a NHS discount, so what's going on?

Did she get the discount or maybe it's just telling her that it's what she could get if she worked for the NHS? Checking my Blue Light App they are offering 15% and 20% discounts at the moment but you usually have to show your card or get a code. Some places will give you a discount if you show your ID.
