They have made an error on that projection. The current value is £8310. The projections are lower than the current value. Indeed, there more errors as that value seems low for being nearly 18 years into the term.
I would raise this with them ASAP and if you dont get any luck, go see an IFA as this is not right.

Contacted Windsor Life only to be told to contact an IFA..we did that and been told that we have a very slim chance as WL dont like paying,so it would be a lost battle basically. Its so frustrating but it looks like we cant do much about it

This must take the record for the worst performing endowment, surely?
What surrender value are WL quoting for this policy? I would not invest a another penny in it if I were you."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0 -
Im more concerned about the fact the projection appears to be using duff data. i.e. projections are lower than current value. Basically, what they are saying is that if it grows at 4, 6 or 8% per annum your value will go down. That is not logical and suggest there is a data input error somewhere and it needs someone who knows what they are talking about to speak to Windsor and get it clarified.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
