Bright Horizons - Missing Backup Days

Hi All,

I received backup care through my former employer (left in May). In February due to customer service issues and other problems Bright Horizons offered me a number of complimentary days. Since leaving my employer they've refused to honour this commitment or even reply to my emails. What are my options?

Thanks in advance.

If the care was provided via your employer as part of your role, I imagine you would lose any right to it (including free sessions) when you left.

I agree, that would be the usual situation. I had breakdown cover at a discounted rate through my employer. When I left, that cover ceased immediately, even though I had a few weeks until the 12 months cover expired.

Would Bright Horizons not at least be expected to reply?
