I find I have to enter backwards , so I tick the t&c box then enter the comp boxes then fill in my details and that works

Hopefully it is a problem at their end and they will look into it and fix it if enough people report it. This is the only magazine and site I experience the problem with so I doubt it is a browser problem.

worked ok for me today , yesterday I had the same issue with other mags so today I put answers in first then put my details in .I hope this helps xxx

It's nice that they responded to you. I contacted them about the issue around the time I posted about it on here and received nothing. At least it seems to be fixed now though, so it's all good.
