The Instant Win Prizes will be supplied by the Promoter’s Agency, Catalyst Marketing Services Limited and their appointed prize fulfilment partner (VCG), to the mailing address given by Entrant once the Competition is closed. 
 

The Grand Prize trip winner will be drawn on 1 September 2026 and will be contacted by email by VCG PromoRisk and then connected with Performance Entertainment to plan their trip by 23:59 BST on 15 September 2026.

Terms and conditions for Grand Prize Trip:

• Dates of travel are weekends (Friday-Monday) from 5th February – 13th December 2027, excluding local and Spanish national holidays.  These travel periods cannot be amended or extended and are subject to Parque Warner ™ opening hours and restrictions.
• Winners will forfeit the prize if they fail to travel before 13th December 2027. 
• Winners must provide a choice of three non-consecutive departure dates with a minimum of sixty days’ notice required before the first date.
• Prize has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Once booking is confirmed no changes are permitted. 
• At least one person travelling must be aged 21 or over.  
• Hotel is based on four people sharing two rooms. The hotel will take a credit card pre-authorisation or cash deposit to cover any incidentals.
• At Parque Warner™, height and/or age restrictions will apply to certain rides/attractions.  Availability subject to park opening hours. 
• Winner/guests are solely responsible for all other meals and expenses not specifically set forth herein.
• Winner/guests must have and are responsible for valid passports, European EES and ETIAS (anticipated from October 2026) and visas/permissions if applicable. 
• Travel insurance is included, but pre-existing conditions are not covered. Maximum age 75 years old.  You are advised to seek independent insurance cover in these circumstances. 
• Winners and guests travel at their own risk and, if for any reason any aspect of this Competition is not capable of running as planned, including war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic, or any other kind of disaster, tampering or computer virus, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
• Except for the three guests permitted to you as part of your prize, you are not allowed to bring any additional family members or guests on the Prize trip.  Your guests may not be selected through any further contest, Competition or commercial event.  You and your guest(s) must travel on the same itinerary from a Promoter-selected airport near your home.  Once selected, your guests may not be changed without the express consent of Promoter, which Promoter may grant or withhold in its sole discretion.
• Any potential winner and his/her proposed guests will be required to sign a prize acceptance and release form in order to be eligible to win and/or participate in the prize.

 

1. Notifying the Competition Winners

The Instant Win Physical Prize Winners will receive an email with a link to a claim form sent to the email address that they submitted. Following completion of the claim form with their postal address, the win will be validated and then winners will be notified if their win has been Approved or Rejected. Approved winners will be sent their prizes directly to the address given by the Entrant.  

The Grand Prize Winner will be informed by Promoter’s agent by the email address they used to enter the Competition and will be connected to Performance Entertainment to plan their trip by 23:59 BST on 15 September 2026. The Grand Prize Competition Winner will be required to confirm acceptance of their Prize by email within 7 days after receipt of notification of the Prize (“Confirmatory Message”). The Grand Prize Competition Winner must provide their full name, telephone number, email address and mailing address in the Confirmatory Message. The Promoter will inform the Grand Prize Competition Winner of any arrangements for the redemption of the Prizes.
