Can you share you’re affordability email (without identifying parts) as I’m looking to do an affordability complaint to updraft and need some ideas as they are very unhelpful so will more than likely have to go to the ombudsman

I used the one on debt camel that sourcrates has shared and just adjusted for my circumstances.
Just had a call from Novuna. The original debts totalled £40k. Interest was over £30k. I now only owe £21,969 which is still a big amount but they are refunding me £570 as I had already paid the original £10k balance off the one original loan. Removing all bad markers from my credit file and I am paying only £200 a month on a payment plan.
