Sun Season Score Predictor

url: https://www.dreamteamfc.com/score-predictor/

SECTION 2.1 – DESCRIPTION

In our season Score Predictor Game (Game), Entrants are invited to predict the final scores of specific matches (Featured Matches) chosen by the Promoter for each Matchweek during the 2026/27 Season. Featured Matches may be selected from: the English Premier League, FA Cup, Carabao Cup (also known as the EFL Cup), and these UEFA competitions from the group stages onwards: Champions League, Europa League, UEFA Europa Conference League, as well as International matches.

In the Game, points are awarded for correctly predicting the match outcome (home win, away win, or draw) (a “Correct Outcome”) and for predicting the exact final score of a Featured Match (a “Correct Score”).

Each time an Entrant correctly predicts the Correct Score of a Featured Match during the Season, they are entered into the main prize draw.

Entrants also compete in an overall leaderboard, as well as club and national Score Predictor Leaderboards. Additionally, Entrants can choose to join or create Mini Leagues to play against family, friends, and colleagues. Please note that the Promoter does not offer any Prizes for winning any of these leaderboards or Mini Leagues.

SECTION 2.2 – HOW TO PLAY AND RULES

2.2.1 How to play

The Game is available to play on the Website and Apps.

In order to submit an entry in the Game, you must be registered for Dream Team 2026/27.

To be eligible for Prizes, you must meet the criteria set out at Section 2.1 of the General Terms & Conditions.

2.2.2 How to predict

Entrants are invited to enter a score prediction for each Featured Match in the relevant Matchweek.

Entrants are able to make a prediction for a Featured Match by clicking in the score field of the match card and entering their predicted score. Entrants can enter a score for each team, from 0-9. When they have entered a score for the home team, the cursor automatically moves to the away team.

Alternatively, Entrants can click on a ‘Popular Prediction’ to populate the match card.

Predictions are automatically saved once entered, including when entered using the Popular Prediction feature.

Entrants may make predictions for any Featured Matches they choose. There is no requirement to make a prediction for every Featured Match.

Predictions for a Featured Match can be entered any time before kick-off.

2.2.3 Matchweeks and Featured Matches

The Game is split into a series of Matchweeks which consists of the Featured Match for that Matchweek.

The selection of Featured Matches for each Matchweek is at the sole discretion of the Promoter and will be communicated to Entrants in advance of the Matchweek commencing. Entrants should check the Game platform or official communications for the list of Featured Matches included in each Matchweek.

A Matchweek commences when the first Featured Match is scheduled to kick-off and ends when the final Featured Match has concluded.

A new Matchweek opens for entries when the first Featured Match of the current Matchweek has started.

2.2.4 Season duration

The Game will run for the duration of the Score Predictor Season.

2.2.5 Scoring

2.2.5.1 Earning points

Points are awarded based on predictions made for each fixture.

Only normal time and extra time (including any relevant injury time) is counted.

Penalty shoot-outs do not count.

2.2.5.2 Points

Points are awarded for the following:

PREDICTION

POINTS

Correct Outcome

+1

Correct Score

+2

Note: Points are cumulative. The maximum points that can be achieved in a fixture is three (3) points.

2.2.5.3 Points explained

Correct Outcome – 1 point is awarded if the correct match outcome is predicted (home win, away win or draw).

Correct Score – If an exact score is predicted, the Entrant will earn an extra 2 points. The maximum per fixture is 3 points.

2.2.5.4 Double down booster

Each Matchweek, you can play your Double Down chip on one match to score double points for that Fixture!

2.2.6 Leaderboards and Leagues

Every Entrant competing in the Game appears in the Score Predictor Leaderboard, Club and National Leagues and optional Mini Leagues.

Unlike in the Dream Team Fantasy Game Entrants are listed using their own name rather than a team name.

2.2.6.1 Leaderboard

Every Entrant is automatically entered into the Overall Score Predictor leaderboard, which tracks performance throughout the Score Predictor Season.

The Score Predictor Leaderboard displays each Entrant’s weekly scores as well as their cumulative season total.

The Leaderboard also shows the number of entries each Entrant has accumulated throughout the Score Predictor Season.

No prizes are awarded to Entrants for finishing first or winning the Overall Leaderboard.

2.2.6.2 Club and National leagues

Every Entrant is automatically entered into a ‘Club League’ and a ‘National League’, based on the favourite club and country of residence that was declared during the registration process.

Once assigned, it is not possible to change from one Club League to another or from one National League to another for the duration of the Score Predictor Season. Participation in Club Leagues and National Leagues is for ranking and engagement purposes only; no prizes or rewards are available for performance in these leagues.

2.2.6.3 Mini Leagues

Entrants may create and join free Mini Leagues at any point during the Score Predictor Season. Once you have successfully registered for the Game, you may choose to become a Mini League Chair (by creating a new Mini League) or join an existing Mini League.

Chairs can create either a Public or Private Mini League, as follows:

  • A Public Mini League is one that any Entrant can join without an invitation or PIN. These leagues can be found via the search facility in the ‘League Hub’ section.
  • A Private Mini League is one that an Entrant can only join if they have been invited by the Chair or have the unique PIN for that Mini League, or if they follow a direct invitation link.

The Promoter does not endorse or permit the exchange of money between entrants in any Mini League; such exchange is strictly prohibited and the Promoter is not involved in and does not accept any responsibility or liability regarding any such monies exchanged.

2.2.6.4 Mini League scoring format

In these Mini Leagues, points are awarded for predicting the Correct Outcome and for predicting the Correct Score.

Entrants are ranked against each other in Mini Leagues, based on points accumulated during the Score Predictor Season.

2.2.6.5 Creating Mini Leagues

There is no limit to the number of Mini Leagues can be created.

A Chair can create a Mini League up until the start of the last Matchweek of the Season.

The Mini League finishing date is after the final Featured Match of the Score Predictor Season.

All Mini Leagues created before the Score Predictor Season kicks off will default to start scoring from Matchweek 1.

Any Mini Leagues created post Matchweek 1 will start scoring from the next available Matchweek.

A Chair can select any future Matchweek for scoring to start up until the final Matchweek of the Score Predictor Season.

Upon creation of a Mini League a Chair will need to set the following criteria:

League name – A name can be up to 30 characters. The Promoter reserves the right to change any name deemed inappropriate or, in extreme cases, to remove the league and expel the Chair.

Privacy setting – Select whether the Mini League is a Public Mini League (which any Entrant can join without an invitation) or a Private Mini League (which can only be joined by invitation or with a unique PIN).

2.2.6.6 Joining a Mini League

An Entrant may join a Public Mini League without any invitation. This can be done via the search facility available in the ‘League Hub’ section. No PIN is required upon joining.

To join a Private Mini League you will need to be invited by the Chair or be issued with the unique PIN of that Mini League. Entrants who follow the invite link from a direct invitation will not be required to enter the PIN.

There is no limit to the number of Mini Leagues an Entrant can join.

Entrants can join a Mini League after scoring has commenced. The entrant’s total points earned before joining will be added to their league points immediately. New Entrants or those who have not earned any points before joining will begin on zero points.

2.2.6.7 Removing teams From a Mini League

Chairs may remove an Entrant from a Mini League at any time, before or after scoring has started. The Promoter cannot intervene and therefore cannot reinstate any Entrants who have been removed from a Mini League by the Chair

An Entrant may remove themselves from a Mini-League; however, if a Chair is the only Entrant remaining, they cannot remove themselves.

A Mini-League cannot be deleted.

2.2.6.8 Tie breakers

If there is a tie in a Mini League at the end of the competition, finishing positions will be determined by the Entrant that joined the Game earliest.

SECTION 2.3 – PRIZE

2.3.1 Season Prize

Entrants will receive one (1) entry into the Prize Draw for every Correct Score predicted. Where a Correct Score is predicted following the use of a Double Down chip, the Entrant will instead be entitled to two (2) entries.

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

The Prize for the Game is as follows:

£10,000 (ten thousand pounds) which will be awarded to the winner.

There will be one Prize only. There are no runners-up prizes.
