Where’s the best place to buy acrylic sheets for DIY projects?

I’m looking for good-quality acrylic sheets for a few DIY projects. I bought some from Amazon last time, but honestly wasn’t impressed with the quality. Any recommendations for somewhere reasonably priced but with decent quality?

What kind of size and thickness? I have bought plenty of sheets and blocks from Amazon and had no issues, I have bought online and even from Wickes without issue.

What are you doing with them? Cutting with a saw or laser?

I want 3mm thick laser cut acrylic sheets in 40x36" size, Amazon is good everyone has their own experiences.

Do you mean you want them cut to that size, or do you mean you will laser cut them yourself and you just want a flat sheet that size to cut up? You will not always get large sheets that have been laser cut, most large sheets will have been cut on a table saw.

I have used both those cut to size people (they were cheapest for the bulk size I needed, not because I needed it cut to a specific size as I cut them on my laser. Wickes is also reasonable and often have deals on, as well as being able to just pick it up in most stores. If you search in mm you will find it much easier to get proper results than mixing thickness in mm and size in inches.
