Loan Eligibility Checker

Hi. I've gone through the eligibility checker for a bank loan, I have had two different results come up for the same bank. It comes up as 95% chance with M&S Bank but then below it says a 0% chance with M&S Bank. How can this be the case, which is correct?? Help much appreciated asap before I apply and put a mark against my credit file. Thanks

Is it for the same product with the same bank?

Did you do 2 separate checks? It might have noticed the first and downgraded you for the second.

And these are checkers. Not the actual bank who may have a completely different opinion once they've had a look at your credit history.
