TUPE - Mileage
I travel for work and visit a few locations. My original contract says mileage on anything over 25 miles. In reality, since i started in 2020, i have been given mileage on anything over 17 miles, this being my closest place of work. I am now being TUPEd. Do my new employers have to pay mileage as has always been paid by my current employer, or can they revert to the contractual amount

Basically no. The New employer may change some of your T&Cs when they Tupe you contract over.

It would be your contractual amount.
In reality, is anything changing? Your Line Manager might continue approving expenses on the same basis.
It is likely there will be some alignment of contractual terms with the new organisation going forward.

Depends. It could be argued that 17miles is now contractual as "custom and practice" It depends why you've got it, error, deliberate, "nod & a wink", fraud etc
