Bankruptcy - Intrum chasing

Hi all, went bankrupt in 2017, long story. Now being chased by Intrum for debt from before then….massively exaggerated too.

Surely my entry in the Gazette from that year should settle this?

You should just quote your bankruptcy date and reference and that should be it. Raise a formal complaint if not

    Glad that it's sorted.

Sometimes these people are chancers, sometimes they've been sold a pup. Either way, you now know how to deal with them.

    Best wishes going forward.
