Options
Doing the old-style thing this week and cooked up a big lamb joint for roast dinner tonight + stretched the meat out to make a stew for tomorrow and a shepherds pie which i was planning on freezing for next week - but i've gone and put it in my new le creuset casserole dish and now i'm not sure if I can put it in the freezer or not?? Has anyone done this before - just want to check it's not going to make the ceramic crack?? help please!
