Contactong OnBuy.com
Hi. I've just bought a mobile phone on OnBuy. The payment has been taken from by credit card but I have had no correspondence form OnBuy about it. When I try and login it asks to send a link to my email address but no link arrives. I am sure this is the email address I submitted. I have tried my gmail email as well. The only way I can contact OnBuy is through logging but no link arrives enabling to do this. How esle can I contact OnBuy to discuss my order? Thanks in advance.

Never used them but isn't OnBuy a marketplace? In other words shouldn't you be directing your enquiry at the actual retailer?

If OP can’t log in it may be that they can’t therefore find the sellers details.
Also whilst I also thought it was an auction site, a quick look suggests it now also works more like a retail site as well.

Can I ask OP, did you set up an account before buying the phone or did you purchase using a "guest" login where you just enter an email address?
If the latter then the only access back to the order is by requesting a login by entering the same email address.
Point is, if there was a typo in the address you entered there doesn't seem to be a confirmation process to make sure the address was valid (or belongs to you) - you'd be unable to access the sale details.
Might also explain why you've had no confirmation messages from OnBuy.

Maybe check your spam/junk folder first, as the login email could have ended up there.

@Trouble1 hasn't been troubled enough to revisit the site since their original post. Let's hope they received their phone.
