GETTING STARTED

- Build your 15-player fantasy squad using a budget of £100m.
- Your players score fantasy points based on their real-life performances in William Hill Premiership matches.
- Every manager is automatically entered into the overall league, but you can also create or join private mini-leagues with friends.

DEADLINE

Your team must be finalised before the kick-off of the first match in each Gameweek. For example, the Gameweek 1 deadline is 8pm on Friday 31 July ahead of Dundee United v Rangers. Any changes made post-deadline won't kick in until the following Gameweek.

STANDARD MODE & FUN MODE

You can play in either:

Standard Mode
The main game with the overall league and official prizes.

Fun Mode
A version designed for private mini-leagues using the same rules as standard mode but where no prizes are available.

OVERALL LEAGUE & PRIVATE MINI-LEAGUES

Every manager is automatically entered into the overall league. You can also create your own private mini-league or join friends' mini-leagues. Managers in private leagues can select the same players.

CUSTOMISING A PRIVATE MINI-LEAGUE

When creating a private mini-league, you can customise:

- Game mode - choose between Standard Mode or Fun Mode.
- League length - play over 5 Gameweeks, 10 Gameweeks, 20 Gameweeks or the full season.
- Initial budget - set the starting budget for all managers in your league.
- Maximum players per club - decide how many players each manager can select from a single Premiership club.

SQUAD RULES

Each manager has:

- A £100m budget
- A 15-player squad
- 11 starting players
- 4 substitutes

You can build your squad within the following positional limits:

- Goalkeepers: 1-2
- Defenders: 3-6
- Midfielders: 3-6
- Forwards: 1-5

You may select a maximum of 3 players from any one club.

If one of your players transfers to another William Hill Premiership club during the season, you may keep him in your squad. However, if this means you now have more than 3 players from the same club, the transferred player will not score any fantasy points until you reduce your squad back to the three-player limit.

CHOOSING YOUR FORMATION AND TEAM

Before every Gameweek choose:

- your formation
- your starting XI
- your 4 substitutes

Available formations:

- 4-4-2
- 4-3-3
- 3-4-3
- 3-5-2
- 5-3-2
- 4-5-1
- 5-4-1

Your substitutes score half points. Your formation automatically carries forward into the next Gameweek until you change it.

IMPORTANT

If you fail to select all 15 players, your entire Gameweek score is halved.

TRANSFERS

- Before Gameweek 1: You may make unlimited transfers until the Gameweek 1 deadline.
- After every Gameweek: You receive 3 free transfers if you picked a captain during the past Gameweek.
- Unused transfers roll over.

Example: If you use 1 of your 3 free transfers before Gameweek 2, the remaining 2 transfers will roll over, giving you 5 available transfers before Gameweek 3.

All transfers must remain within your budget, squad rules and club limits. The number of transfers you have available will be visible within the transfer count area of your profile.

PLAYER PRICES

Player prices rise and fall throughout the season based on real-life performances. Buying players before their price rises can increase the value of your squad. Selling players after their value has increased may increase your available budget.

Managers will receive the full value increase when selling a player.

 CAPTAIN

Choose one player from your starting XI as captain.

Your captain receives:

- Double points
- PLUS an additional 20-point bonus

Important: Make sure you select a captain every Gameweek. If you don't, you'll miss out on your captain's double points, the 20-point bonus, and your three free transfers for the following Gameweek.

 SUPERSUB

Choose one of your 4 substitutes to be your Supersub. If he starts on the bench in the real match then comes onto the pitch any fantasy points he gets are tripled.

Example: You choose a player as your Supersub and they start on the bench in the real match. They come on as a substitute and score 8 fantasy points, which are then tripled, giving you 24 fantasy points. However, if your chosen Supersub unexpectedly starts the real match, they no longer qualify for the Supersub bonus and will instead score half points, like every other substitute.

SCORING

Players earn fantasy points based on their real-life performances in William Hill Premiership matches. The table below shows how points are awarded for each action.

* Clean sheet points are awarded based on the team's final result, not on how long an individual player was on the pitch.

If a goalkeeper, defender or midfielder plays any part in a match and their team keeps a clean sheet, they will receive the clean sheet points. If their team concedes at any point during the match, no player from that team will receive clean sheet points, even if they had already been substituted or only came on as a substitute.

Example:

* A defender plays the first 60 minutes before being substituted while their team is leading 2-0. If the team later concedes, they do not receive clean sheet points.

* A defender comes on in the 89th minute while their team is leading 1-0. If the team finishes the match without conceding, they do receive clean sheet points.

REARRANGED FIXTURES

Unlike some fantasy games, William Hill Premiership Fantasy does not use Blank Gameweeks or Double Gameweeks. Instead, rearranged fixtures are handled using the rules below.

POSTPONED FIXTURES

If a match is postponed, your team for that Gameweek remains locked at the original deadline. When the fixture is eventually played, the players' fantasy points are added to your original Gameweek score, not the Gameweek in which the rearranged match takes place.

Example: Celtic v Dundee is postponed from Gameweek 5 and rearranged for Gameweek 11. You keep Callum McGregor in your Gameweek 5 team and he scores 12 fantasy points when the match is eventually played. Those 12 points are added to your Gameweek 5 total, meaning your Gameweek 5 score remains incomplete until the postponed fixture has been played.

Should you select a player in your starting lineup for Gameweek 5 in September and the match is postponed until November, you won't be able to replace said player in your team in November when the match takes place.

FIXTURES BROUGHT FORWARD

If a fixture is played before its scheduled Gameweek, the real match does not count towards fantasy scoring. Instead, when the original Gameweek arrives, every eligible player involved in that fixture will score 2 fantasy points, regardless of their performance in the real match.

Example: A fixture originally scheduled for Gameweek 12 is brought forward and played during Gameweek 6. The real match takes place in Gameweek 6, but no fantasy points are awarded at that time. When Gameweek 12 arrives, players from both teams will each score 2 fantasy pointsinstead of receiving points based on their real-life performance.

1. William Hill Premiership Fantasy Football Game

1.1 The Scottish Professional Football League Limited, a company registered in Scotland with

company number SC175364 and having its registered office at Hampden Park, Glasgow, G42

9DE (the "SPFL Limited"), is the owner, operator and promoter of the William Hill Premiership

Fantasy Football Game (the "Game"). Participation in the Game is governed by and subject to

these terms and conditions (“the Terms and Conditions”), as amended from time to time by

SPFL Limited,

1.2 The Game is accessible online at https://fantasy.spfl.co.uk/ which is a sub-domain of the

SPFL Limited (the League”) website (“the Website”) which is also owned and operated by

SPFL Limited Ltd. The Game is governed by and must be played in accordance with the game

rules which are also published on the Website (the "Game Rules"), are available to read at

https://fantasy.spfl.co.uk/ and which are subject to amendment form time to time by the SPFL

Limited. Please familiarise yourself with the Game Rules and any amendments thereto made from

time to time by SPFL Limited and notified on the Website.

1.3 The SPFL Limited may amend or supplement the Game Rules from time to time and the SPFL

Limited will be the sole decision-maker of any matter of interpretation of the Game Rules and the

sole determiner of any dispute which may arise between players as regards the playing of the

Game and/or the play, result, prize or any other matter in connection with the or a Game. The

Game Rules are made pursuant to these terms and conditions. In the event of any inconsistency

as between these Terms and Conditions and the Game Rules, these Terms and Conditions shall

take precedence.

1.4 By registering for a Game account at https://fantasy.spfl.co.uk/ or such other place as the

SPFL Limited shall determine, (“Registration”) you become a Participant in the Game

(“Participant”) and you agree to be bound and are legally bound by contract by these Terms and

Conditions and by the Game Rules, each as from time to time amended.

Please read these Terms and Conditions, and the Game Rules, carefully before registering to

ensure that you are in agreement with them and are willing to be bound to them. Please check

regularly for amendments to these Terms and Conditions and to the Game Rules.

1.5 Further and in any event, you must comply with the Website Terms of Use when you use your

Game account and when you participate in the Game. These are available to read at

https://spfl.co.uk/pages/terms-of-use.

1.6 The Game is one competition of skill, aptitude and application between Participants which

allows Participants to compete against each other and/or against the Game, for prizes. Prizes will

be awarded as exclusively determined by SPFL Limited, to the Participant(s) with the most points

in the Game at various points throughout the 2026/27 SPFL Limited season and at the end of the

2026/27 SPFL Limited season. Prizes are allocated based on points scored in the General League

in Standard Mode of the Game only. No prizes can be won based on points scored in, or any

other aspect of, the Fun Mode of the Game. Further details of how to register for the Game, the

eligibility criteria and the prizes only available by playing in the Standard Mode are set out below,

including a list of the prizes that are currently available to be won.

1.7 Any failure by a Participant or prospective Participant to comply with these Terms and

Conditions and/or in the registration process which precedes becoming a Participant is liable to

be sanctioned by the SPFL Limited on such basis and in such terms as the SPFL Limited may

determine up to and including cancellation of his or her Registration, exclusion from participation

in the Game, indefinitely or for a prescribed period, and/or modification or cancellation of results

and/or cancellation and return of prizes previously awarded and/or won and/or claimed to have

been won but not yet delivered. It shall be open to the SPFL Limited to impose sanctions with

immediate effect and/or suspended or deferred and to impose such conditions on such sanctions

as it shall consider appropriate.

2. How to participate

2.1 The Game will be played from 8pm (GMT) on Friday 31st July 2026 (“Opening Date”) until

11.59pm (GMT) on Monday 24th May 2027 ("Closing Date")’ (inclusive).

To Participate in the Game, you must register at https://fantasy.spfl.co.uk/ and follow the

instructions for participation. Each entrant may only register for participation in the Game once

as an individual in or for each Season and may only be registered once irrespective of the

Participant name or names used.

2.2 You may apply to register for participation in a whole season prior to the Opening Date and

for participation in part of the season at any point prior to the Closing Date.

2.3 Anyone over the age of 18 can apply to register to participate in the Game. However, you

must meet certain eligibility criteria to be eligible to win a prize (see below at condition 4).

2.4 When you register to participate a Game account will be created for you, and you will be

asked to provide a team name which will be displayed on the leader board on the website. The

SPFL Limited reserves the right to reject a team name that, in the SPFL Limited's sole opinion,

is already in use, inappropriate, offensive or confusing or for any other reason. In the event that a

team name is rejected, the Participant will be notified and given seven days within which to change

his or her team name. If the Participant does not respond within seven days the SPFL Limited

may, at its sole discretion, suspend the Participant's Game account until the issue has been

resolved to the satisfaction of the SPFL Limited. In the event that the Participant responds within

seven days with an alternative proposed username and that team name is again rejected by the

SPFL Limited at its sole discretion, the Participant will be treated as being in breach of these terms

and conditions and the SPFL Limited will suspend indefinitely or delete the Participant's Game

account and impose such other conditions and/or restrictions on future registration by or on behalf

of the individual concerned as it shall consider appropriate.

2.5 No purchase of any item or services is necessary in order to play the Game and there is no

charge to apply to register to participate in the Game or to play the Game.

3. How to play the Game and Prizes

3.1 Prizes are allocated based on points scored in the General League in Standard Mode of the

Game only. There are no prizes allocated based on points scored in Fun Mode of the Game.

Following the conclusion of the final match played in a month during the 2026/27 William Hill

Premiership Season ("Season"), the eligible Participant whose team has scored the highest

number of points in the General League in Standard Mode in the relevant month (in

accordance with the Game Rules) will win a prize ("Monthly Prize"). In addition, following

the final fixtures of the 2026/27 Season, the three Participants whose team has scored the

highest aggregate number of points over the course of the whole Season in the General

League playing in Standard Mode will also win prizes ("Season Prizes").

3.2.1 If on the date of determination of the Winner of a monthly prize or a season prize a

Participant’s Game Account is suspended that Participant shall not be considered for

and shall not be awarded the relevant prize.

3.2.2 3.2.3 All prizes are subject to availability.

All prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable, and a Winner cannot request any

alternative to the published prize (cash or otherwise).

3.2.4 There will be only one winner for each Season and Monthly Winner.

3.2.5 The decision of the SPFL Limited regarding prizes and any matter relating to or

concerning a prize will be final.

3.2.6 No correspondence will be entered in to as regards the playing of the Game or the

determination of prizes.

3.2.7 All prizes awarded in respect of the Game are provided by SPFL Limited and are subject

to availability;

3.2.8 3.2.9 not negotiable or transferable and no alternatives are available; and

all costs and expenses not included within the prizes are the sole responsibility of the

winner(s).

3.3 Subject to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the following are the Monthly

Prizes:

3.4 Subject to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the following Season Prizes are

3.5.1 If a match in any of the fixture rounds allocated to a month is postponed or abandoned,

then please view the game rules around postponed matches.

3.5.2 The criteria for deciding the winning Participant for each month and for the end of the

season (including second and third places) shall be the highest aggregate number of

points, per the Rules of the Game, achieved by each Participant registered to play the

Game when each match was played and who participated in the Game in the Standard

Mode.

3.5.3 In the event that the aggregate points of two or more Participants are tied at the end of a

month or at the end of a season, the following criteria, in descending order of application,

are used to decide:

(a) the award of prizes for each relevant month (A Criteria); and

(b) end of season rankings, eligibility to be awarded the relevant prize or prizes at the end

of the relevant season and for published rankings tables between individual matches

(B Criteria),

Each criteria are applied in turn, with the next lower criteria only being applied if the

relevant first or immediately higher criteria has failed to identify the relevant winner(s)

and/or higher and lower ranked Participants.

A Criteria: For prize winning at the end of each month:

• The highest aggregate points score achieved in the relevant month;

• then, the number of goals scored, disregarding own goals, by the football players of

a Participant’s team in the relevant month (the highest wins)

• then, the number of assists completed by the football players of a Participant’s team

in the relevant month (the highest wins)

• finally, a lottery using a method determined by the SPFL Limited.

B Criteria: Ranking at the end of each season and for published rankings between

matches:

• The highest aggregate points score achieved during the Season (the highest at the

end of the Season wins the prize at the end of the season and the higher during the

Season is ranked higher than the next lower team in the publication of new rankings

between matches);

• then, the number of goals scored, disregarding own goals, by the Participant’s team

in the relevant season (the highest wins the end of season prize and the higher during

the Season is ranked higher than the next lower team in the publication of new

rankings between matches);

• then, the number of assists achieved by the Participant’s team in the relevant season

(the highest wins the end of season prize and the higher during the Season is ranked

higher than the next lower team in the publication of new rankings between matches);

• finally, a lottery (if necessary, for the highest or higher prize winning position only)

3.5.4 The SPFL Limited reserves the right to amend the prizes where circumstances beyond its

reasonable control require it to do so.

3.5.5 In respect of the Season Prizes, it is the obligation of the winner to comply, and ensure

that their guest complies, with all ticket Terms and Conditions and the Conditions of Ticket

Issue of each host SPFL Limited member club in each case and subject to 4.1.5 below.

3.6 3.7 3.8 3.9 Each prize winner may be required to participate in future publicity. By participating in the

Competition, the prize winners and their guests agree that the Promoter can record, film

and/or photograph their participating in all aspects of the relevant prize and exploit, and

authorise third parties to exploit, such films, photographs or recordings in any media now

known or hereafter invented in any part of the world and for any purpose whatsoever in

perpetuity, with no payment being due to the winners or their guests.

The SPFL Limited will contact the winner personally, using the email address provided at

registration or, if subsequently updated by the Participant, the most recent email address

provided, as soon as reasonably practicable after the relevant prize date. The name and

town of the winner of each prize will be displayed on the website and may be published on

SPFL’s social media pages and in its promotional materials. If the winner cannot be

contacted or is not available, or has not claimed his or her prize or has not confirmed his or

her address for delivery of the prize within 30 of days of being sent the first email by SPFL

Limited to the latest provided email address that he or she has won a prize, the Participant

is deemed no longer entitled to receive the relevant prize and has no right or claim as regards

the relevant prize. SPFL Limited reserves the right, in such circumstances, to offer the

relevant prize to the next highest placed Participant. This process may be repeated as often

as considered necessary to identify a recipient Participant of a prize. SPFL Limited is under

no obligation to initiate a search for a prizewinner who cannot be contacted using his or her

last notified email address and in the event that it chooses so to do its actions are wholly

voluntary and shall not indicate or create any obligation on it so to do.

The SPFL Limited has no liability to a Participant if he or she does not or for any reason

cannot take up a prize.

4. Eligibility

4.1 Subject to these term and conditions, any person 18 years of age and over, may register

to be a Participant in and play the Game. However, there are certain eligibility criteria that

you must meet in order to be eligible to win a prize. To be eligible to win a prize, Participants

must be aged 18 years of age or over and must not be:

4.1.1 an employee or director of the SPFL Limited, the Scottish FA Limited or any of their

holding, subsidiary or associated companies;

4.1.2 an employee or director of any agents or suppliers of the SPFL Limited, the Scottish

FA Limited or any of their holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally

connected with the Game or its administration;

4.1.5 where the prize is tickets to a football match or a season ticket for an SPFL Limited

club, the subject of a Football Banning Order or otherwise banned from attending

matches by an SPFL Limited shareholder,

By applying to register to be a Participant and separately by playing the Game online, you

acknowledge that you will not be eligible to win a prize if you do not fulfill the eligibility criteria

at condition 4.1 above. In the event that the SPFL Limited announces you as the winner of

a prize, the SPFL Limited may require you to provide proof that you meet the eligibility

criteria at condition 4.1 above.

The SPFL Limited will not accept applications for registration that are:

4.3.1 automatically generated by a computer;

4.3.2 completed by third parties or in bulk; or

4.3.3 incomplete.

There is a limit of one Game account per person.

There is no limit on the number of Game accounts per household or organisation, provided

that condition 4.4 is complied with.

The SPFL Limited reserves the right, to be exercised in its sole discretion, to disqualify you

from the Game and/or to terminate your Registration to play the Game if your current and/or

any previous conduct, actions, opinions or views expressed is considered by the SPFL

Limited to be contrary to the spirit or intention of the Game and/or it is considered by the

SPFL Limited that your continued association with the game as a Participant may damage,

harm or otherwise negatively impact on the reputation and/or standing of the Game, the

sport of association football, SPFL Limited or any of its holding, subsidiary and/or associated

companies.

5. Liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, the SPFL Limited each of its respective holding, subsidiary

and/or associated companies, employees and directors, agents and distributors will not, in

any circumstances, be responsible or liable to compensate and/or make any payment on

any basis to (a) the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, occurring as a result

of taking up or not taking up any of the prizes awarded in respect of the Game; and/or (b)

any Participant for any loss, damage, occurring as a result of his or her participation in the

Game; and/or (c) any applicant for registration to participate in the Game and/or Participant

for any loss, damage, occurring as a result of his or her ceasing to be permitted or not

permitted at all, for whatsoever reason, to so participate and/or any

technical or similar issue which prevents or restricts participation in the Game, or be liable

for any payment for any consequential losses, loss of profits or any losses based on

recompense. Your statutory rights are not affected.

6. Data protection and publicity

6.1 The SPFL Limited will process your personal information as set out in the

experience on the website. You can find out more about cookies at

6.2 The SPFL Limited also collects data relating to consent to receive other communications

(“opt-ins”). If you opt-in, the SPFL Limited also implements a processing of personal data related

to marketing communication. Said processing of personal data relies on the SPFL Limited’s

legitimate interest which is to provide you with the SPFL Limited’s newsletter and maintain a

contact with you.

6.3 The personal data collected for this purpose your email, first name, last name, age and email

and opt-in preferences. The provision of the requested personal data is necessary for you to

receive communications from the SPFL Limited. You are free to unsubscribe from these

communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link contained in said communication.

6.4 For the abovementioned purpose, the collected personal data are transferred to Feeling

Sports which acts on behalf of the SPFL Limited.

6.5 Marketing communication by the SPFL Limited’s partners: By checking the dedicated

checkbox when registering, you agree that your email address may be transferred to the SPFL

Limited’s partners in order for said partners to send marketing communications to the entrant. You

are free to unsubscribe from these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link

contained in said communication.

6.6 In the event that you win a prize, the SPFL Limited may wish to record, film and/or photograph

you participating in all aspects of the relevant prize for publicity purposes, as above. In this respect,

the SPFL Limited will provide the winner with all the relevant information regarding this specific

processing of personal data and request the winner’s consent before implementing such

processing.

7. General

7.1 Any and all intellectual property rights in the Game, these Terms and Conditions, the Rules

of the Game and in any tables or the like setting out the position of Participants who are taking

part in the Game as well as all marketing and promotional materials relating to the Game and all

data relating to the playing of the Game including such data presented in tables of Participants

and their performances are vest exclusively in SPFL Limited which asserts that as at 20 July 2026

no license or other permission or assignation of rights has been granted by it in relation to all or

any part of the Game and that in the event of any infringement of any of its intellectual property

and database rights in relation to the Game that the pursuit of a claim for damages alone would

not be a sufficient remedy in the circumstances and that the rights to pursue interdict and interim

interdict and equivalent relief are hereby reserved.

7.2 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions

and/or of the Rules of the Game, the SPFL Limited may, at its sole discretion, exclude any

applicant for registration to participate in the Game from being so registered and/or exclude any

Participant from participating in the Game.

7.3 The SPFL Limited reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, terminate the operation of

the Game or amend the Game, and, in each such case, permanently or temporarily, where it

considers it appropriate to do so and that without affording any reason for such a decision and

in such circumstances there shall be no further prizes distributed, except insofar as already

declared won or until the Game recommences.

7.4 These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Scotland, and the SPFL Limited,

applicants for registration to participate in the Game and Participants submit to the exclusive

jurisdiction of the Courts of Scotland.
