Missing Aviva pension

If the OP has evidence that the Pension's Ombudsman made a clear or obvious error or failed to follow due process, escalating through their MP might work.
I’m currently in dialogue with my MP's office regarding the Energy Ombudsman failing to act on concrete evidence and ignoring their own regulatory procedures after I raised a case against a supplier, and then a complaint against the EO regarding how they handled my case. Based on the evidence I provided, my MP is "minded to reach out to the Minister of State in the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero" about the issue.
In my case, I ultimately resolved the dispute myself by sending a Letter Before Action to the supplier after the Ombudsman had rejected my service complaint and blindly accepting mistruths from the energy company.
However, unless the OP has solid proof of procedural failure or direct errors by the Pensions Ombudsman, I suspect an MP escalation won't get far.
