So not sure if that means its coming in the next week or so or whether its 5-7 days after the "relevant team" get their fingers out?

I just keep sending messages every 7 working days. Im on my 3rd reply of the same answer. Its a bit of a poor show to be fair.

Just jumping in, I was also a winner, still no prize. I was told 5-7 days a few weeks ago, emailed them last weekend and received basically the same reply as everyone else on monday 21st:

I received an email from Knorr today after I emailed them last week asking for some info:

'We understand your frustration and appreciate that you have been waiting longer than expected for your Philips Air Fryer prize. We have been advised by our prize fulfilment partner, Versuni UK Limited, that they are currently experiencing a shortage of the air fryer model awarded as part of this promotion, which has impacted dispatch timelines.

Please be assured that your prize entitlement remains valid and that the fulfilment partner is working to obtain additional stock and complete outstanding deliveries as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a confirmed delivery date at this time.

We recognise that this delay is disappointing and apologise for the inconvenience caused. We are continuing to monitor the situation with our fulfilment partner and will provide further updates as soon as additional information becomes available.'

I have had the 5-7 day delivery emails but not had that comprehensive one around shortage of the prize. Emailed them twice this week but no reply yet.
