Civil Service Retirement application form - deferred members what else to include?

I'm filling out the Civil Service retirement application form, which is straightforward, however in 2017 there was a bulk transfer into Defra, in my covering letter I am including details of that and the protections i have with the rule of 85 (ie. part of the pension was transferred into Nuvos) it is the pre 2008 Nuvos pension i wish to claim.

The form also asks for my deferred statement of benefits, this has no information whatsoever about the Nuvos parts of my pension, just Alpha and no indication of the dates it covers. I'm going to include a copy of my last benefit statement (2019) which at least has information about both the Nuvos and Alpha parts of my pension.

Is there anything else anyone can advise on including at this stage please?
