I wouldn't bother with a breakdown, just put total amount under electricity for example and zero gas. It's the overall spending picture.

Just put the DD against one fuel and add a little note (dual fuel) if you can, stops anyone asking why you don't have leccie.
Likewise, if you do a joint SOA and each pay some bills, then a little note (me, them) indicating who pays helps.
Do you get hit by NHS and visa fees? If so those need including.
