3. Promotion Period

1. Opens: 00:01 on 01.05.2026
2. Closes: 23:59 on 31.07.2026

Entries received outside this period will not be valid.

4. How to Enter

1. No purchase necessary.
2. To enter, participants must:
   1. Scan the QR code displayed on Hip Pop point of sale materials in-store, or
   2. Access the promotion via Hip Pop marketing channels, including paid social media, email or website.
3. Entrants must complete the online form with name, email address and date of birth.
4. Maximum one entry per person, regardless of entry method.

5. The Prize

One (1) winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Iceland.

Prize includes:

1. Return economy flights (UK to Reykjavik)
2. Three (3) nights' accommodation (shared room, breakfast included)
3. Return airport transfers in Reykjavik
4. Choice of Lava Tunnel Tour or Golden Circle Tour
5. Travel insurance (excluding pre-existing conditions, maximum age 75)

6. Prize Conditions (Warner Bros. Requirements)

1. Travel valid between 8 January 2027 - 13 December 2027, excluding UK and Icelandic national holidays
2. Travel must be Friday-Monday only
3. Travel dates cannot be extended or amended
4. Minimum 60 days' notice required for booking
5. Prize forfeited if not taken by 10 December 2027
6. At least one traveller must be aged 21 or over
7. Guests must travel on the same itinerary
8. No additional guests permitted
9. Guest cannot be changed without Warner Bros. approval

7. Additional Prize Exclusions

The prize does not include:

1. Meals, spending money or personal expenses
2. Incidental hotel costs (deposit may be required)
3. Additional insurance beyond that stated

I notice all they require on the entry form is just one's email address. ( no name )

However should the email notification addressed to the winner arrive in one's spam box then there is a strong chance that the recipient might discard it as pure spam.
