Mash Direct Football Sides Competition 2026

2. Eligibility: Entry is open to permanent residents of the United Kingdom and Ireland only, aged 18 and over. Directors, management, employees, and their immediate families of the Promoter or the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

3. Agreement to Terms: By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. Entry Method: Entry for the competition and details of how to enter are on Mash Direct Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/mashdirect/), Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/MashDirect). Multiple entries from the same person will be accepted, and we cannot accept responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.

5. Closing Date: The closing date for entry is 11:59 pm BST Sunday 19th July 2026. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

6. No Responsibility for Entries Not Received: The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.

7. Entry Instructions:

Instagram – Entrants must follow the official Mash Direct Instagram Page, like the post and tag someone they would want to share with.

Facebook – Entrants must follow the official Mash Direct Facebook Page, like the post and tag someone they would want to share with

8. Rights to Cancel or Amend the Competition: The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

9. Prize Details: The prize is one Mash Direct Hampers, including Mash Direct products and merchandise. Prizes are subject to availability, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

10. Selection of Winner: There will be 2 winners. The winner will be picked at random and verified by the Mash Direct marketing team.

11. Notification of the Winner: The winner will be notified by a direct message from our official social media pages (https://www.facebook.com/MashDirect and/or  https://www.instagram.com/mashdirect/) on or after the 20th July 2026.

12. Prize Delivery: The hamper prize will be delivered to the winner’s address. This will be arranged and confirmed with the winner. We cannot accept any responsibility for damaged hampers or products which may have been caused by the courier.

13. Use of Winner’s Information: The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK and Ireland data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

14. Disclosure of Winner: The winner’s name will be available 60 days after closing date by emailing the following address: competitions@mashdirect.com.

15. Social Media Platforms: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Mash Direct and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the Privacy Policy found at Mash Direct’s website.

16. Compliance with Data Protection: Entrants’ details will be used and stored in compliance with Mash Direct’s privacy policy, accessible at:  https://www.mashdirect.com/privacy-policy/

17. Unclaimed Prize Handling: The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within 7 days of the announcement date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected at random.

18. Prompt Prize Fulfilment: The Promoter commits to providing a timely delivery of the prize, subject to any circumstances affecting delivery logistics.

19. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by Northern Ireland law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.

20. Scams: Mash Direct will only ever contact entrants from official Mash Direct pages, including Mash Direct Facebook and Mash Direct Instagram, to inform them if they have won the competition. Entrants will never be asked for any payment information to receive their prize and we cannot accept any responsibility if an entrant has been scammed.

21. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or any other parties involved in the creation, production, operation, or distribution of this competition will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) participation in the competition or the inability to participate in the competition; (ii) unauthorized access to or use of participants’ data; (iii) any other matter related to the competition, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.
