Making extra money

Hi All,
I posted my SOA a few days ago and I have set about making some changes, however I find that on average I am still approx 300-350 short every month.
We always manage to cover everything (Though god knows how) and sometimes there are times were we can do extra work and sometimes we can't.
Just wondered if there was something I was missing?
The reason I ask is that Citifinance have been on the phone asking if we want more money and I know Husband is tempted but I really don't want to go down this route. Thats how the other credit built up.....
Thanks in advance.
