I moved to Thailand in 2022 having retired and in April this year I discovered the P85 form to stop paying tax on my pension in the U.K. Despite acknowledging they received my request I never received a response so I filed a complaint which was also ignored as was the latest complaint.

My questions are:

1/ Is there an email I can contact them on as phone very expensive.

2/ will I be entitled to a refund from date I left the U.K.

It's not as simple as that, have you declared you are not resident in the UK as well?

You can claim online which would be quicker than by post.
