My 5 year goal!

I know...although I think I got a little over excited 😂 only got about £150 to last me until payday at the end of the month, but I don't need anything and that doesn't include food, so as long as I am sensible.

Went to work today and tried out the gym. I get free usage - I used to be a member of a different one when I worked part time because it just didn't fit in my schedule. But now I am full time, I have no excuse 😂. It is a little rough and ready, but I enjpyed doing something different. Going to head to the beach for a swim this evening. If I am active, I won't be eating out of boredom!

Going to do an hours sewing now. Trying to finish a patchwork quilt I started 🙂

Just checking in.

A constructive day yesterday, managed to get some eclipse glasses from lady on FB for half price of shop and a cookbook from charity shop (a pinch of nom). Low calorie recipes, thought it might inspire cooking plan. Ran yesterday and then dip in the sea.

Today, will go into work for a change of scene (I would struggle working from home all the time). Run and gym. I have upped my exercise but weight is not moving currently 😔

Money wise, all good - not spent much.

Eclipse tonight, working out where to watch. Anybody else watching?

Yes we are going up a local hill with probably the entire population of our city! Two of my children and my grandchildren are going too. My only anxiety is that it seems that it's going to be over 30 degrees in the evening and it's not a shady hill!

We were going to go to old hill fort, but parking is a pain and 30degree heat and no shade worried me too! So we are going up a hill near us that we can walk up. I imagine it will be busy, but not as busy as cliffs and beach!

Slowly ticking along. Another £9.73 to the CC today - money I had left from my cash budget this week :)

Slowly melting here… have come into work, but I think it would have been cooler to stay at home to work. Quick trip to the gym then I think I will work from home this afternoon. 2 more items listed on vinted - been favourited a few times but nothing is shifting. I might just take to the charity shop instead if they don't go over the weekend. I had priced them to sell too (or so I thought!).

It has been a busy week for me. Knocked another little bit off, not much, but every penny counts.

Nothing really to report, preparing for enrolment next week, meant running around like a headless chicken this week 😂

Found myself popping to shop more for a meal deal despite taking lunch. So that has to stop, because it’s costing me unnecessarily and it’s making me fatter not slimmer!
