Surely this would have been much better done as a ratio? Rarely/Sometimes means very different things if you are ordering online 1-2 a month -v- 1-2 per day.
I went with "sometimes" because its a few times a year based on the description but we order a lot of things online and as a proportion of orders it's tiny.
