Paid for first class, no first class carriages on train
Last night we had first class tickets on the 23.37 Greater Anglia route London Stratford to Manningtree after the Take That concert. When the train arrived it had no first class carriages. It was the type format of train they use for the Stansted express.
We had paid an extra £10 each for the tickets to try to ensure we got seats as it was the last train of the night. How do we put a claim in for the £20 extra we paid.
