Help with I & E please

1.Some of the staff that I read that people put under I&E is not paid for by me at the moment but if I went BR can I put that staff down?????
2.Also I have a van for my work but also have a car on HPI paying 102 pounds per mnth would I lose this ???? OH uses it to getting kids to school and geting the shopping. 3. Theres five of us in my family where can I find how much are we alowd for food and other staff?????4. Was sold IVA wrongly but am considering going BR , most of the paperwork that I had had gone to the IVA company , do I still have to produce all the paperwork to the OR .??

See your other thread but for food I would allow at least £ 600 per month. Also dont count child ben or child tax credit as income.
