Choosing an 'adverse' mortgage broker advice
Apart from the obvious titled specialists in this area, is there anything in particular I should be looking or asking for when selecting the best broker for us?
We are looking at recently cleared mortgage arrears and multiple defaults all in an agreed self managed payment plan. (No CCJs or bankruptcies, even though we are understandably considered adverse customers)
Thank you

Not really, have a chat with them. Do they seem confident and experienced?
Its going to be a stressful few months so you want someone you have confidence in.
Oh and make sure any broker fees are only payable on results, I have seen a few posts on here over the years where people paid upfront and had nothing to show for it.
