HM Jam/jelly question

Hello all - and Happy new Year!!
I've just made some damson jelly from fruit I froze last summer and although I strained the fruit overnight the remaining pulp is still quite moist....have already used the juice that had strained through and made the jelly though as I am going out later and won't have time during the week...can I use the leftover fruit pulp for anything? seems a shame to waste it?

You could rub it all through a sieve to get rid of the stones and sweeten it. Mix into plain yogurt or pour over ice cream, or make a damson fool by folding into whipped cream.0

or fruit 'cheese' http://www.cottagesmallholder.com/?p=45
sieve your pulp and start from step 4.
If you don't have straight sided jars then you can use bowls and cut greaseproof paper circles to fit over the pulp when it is cool and then use cling film instead of cellophane covers or jam jar lids.
If you intend keeping your cheese for quite a while then you can soak the greasproof in a tiny bit of alchohol before putting it on.
I have even cut the bottoms off plastic drinks bottles and used them before now.
I also grease the container I am using wth a tiny bit of almond or other tasteless oil before adding the fruit puree, which I have to admit I cook until it is really really thick.0
