What Is My Deadline To Submit A Defence?
Could anyone please help me work out the deadline date for me to submit my defence?
I submitted the Acknowledgement of Service on 28/05/2026 and it says it was received on 29/05/2026.

The business owner has written a letter stating that he authorised the car to park during the time of the PCN (although he is not the land owner). I have sent this to the solicitors (DCB) but not heard back.
Would the letter be enough of a defence or should I also include the 8-point template defence?

The defence template is 10 paragraphs, not 8 ( or 11 in some cases. )
Post the name of the claimant parking company and any lawyers
Post a redacted picture of the POC from the lower left of the claim form below after hiding the VRM details first
Exhibits will be added in several months time in your WS bundle

Just follow the standard procedures. DCB will likely ignore your email or letter as that is how they operate
