I have a Dyson All Floors.. and it's been rubbish ever since it was used ( not by me!) to vaccum brick dust
I've bought new parts, washed filters, and it's still rubbish.. but i cannot affors a new one.
Can anyone recomend a decent, bagless hoover please?

I hated my Dyson, bloody useless and heavy! I've now got a "Henry", which I've had for five years, and he's fantastic! Loads of suck and cleans up anywhere, plus he's got a smile on his face all the time!
Wouldn't have anything else now.I Believe in saving money!!!:T

Def. a Henry, 2 cats , 1 dog, 2 kids and no loss of suction;)
I use bags in it though but they last for ages as they are huge, they cost about a fiver for 10.0 -
Brick dust is terrible stuff to hoover up. It does your machine no good at all.0

I bought a Miele Cat and Dog a couple of years ago and now would not use anything else, the suction power is amazing.0

I got rid of my heavy useless dyson too & bought a Vax turboforce after seeing a recommendation on this site. I've been more than happy with it & at least I can manage to lift this one.
It copes fine with the cat hair, especially when using the turbo brush that was supplied with the tools.
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0 -
Thank you everyone for replying- I shall go off and do a hunt to see which one i can find the cheapest now!
