Cabot still bothering me

Letters, texts and phone calls and threaten of agent calling constantly on accounts they cannot provide CCAs for . I have written to them via post as well as emailed very clearly and to the point that they should only contact me via hard copy letter through post , and to remove my phone number , stating until CCAs provided I will not be paying . Do they ever stop ? Do I just ignore or write again ? Playing games forever …….

Any advice please , many thanks

Well bother them back then, send a complaint stipulating that because they are not complying with GDPR you will report them to the ICO for non compliance of your data request to contact you in writing only.

Then follow that up with the ICO if they still play silly beggars.

Those are the two options: ignore or complain. If you complain, then you do it first to the company and then escalate to FOS. Cabot are members of CSA so you can complain to them too
