Clearpay/Paypal
Hi.
I have managed to agree payment plans with most of my debts. Nice online portals where you can manage debts.
But Clearpay I'm finding it hard for them to agree to my offer of £4 a month. They do every 2 weeks and is 5.37.
How can I get them to agree to this. At the moment they are not reporting to CRA. But after July 15th when new rules come in. Will they be reporting to that. Currently account is on hold. But would i be best for them to transfer to a third party Debt company and arrange a plan thhat suits me via a online portal. Same with Paypal. Have 2 defaults on Pay in 3. I want to offer a reduced settlement for this. Paypal dont offer this. So again is it better to let it transfer and offer the thiurd party reduced settlemtnts.

Just pay them the £4, if they want it biweekly pay £2 then two weeks later pay the other £2. You could set up a standing order through your bank to make it easier on yourself. But I'd just pay them the £4 and be done with it. You're making the effort to pay so what can they do.

You could wait until they send it to a debt collector, they tend to be easier to deal with.
