the letter is dated 27/5/26. So if I tick box C on reply form (saying I need time for advice) does this mean TM Legal has to give me another 30 days? I am thinking to return the reply for on 24/6/26 on 1st class post, so this would extend my time to 24/7/26 before further action? I am back in the country on 4/8/26.

also just want to check what come after I have returned my reply form? Is it TM Legal serving the court claim form which I have 14 days to reply via MCOL?

That would be the next stage but it may not happen straight away, or at all.

Ticking Box C (and G) should give you more time, at least 30 days. And if you say it is going to take 60 days to get an appointment they should give more time. But again there's no guarantee.
