Hi, I made some apple sauce at the beginning of December and froze it to use over Christmas.
There is some left over in the fridge and i was wondering if it would be still ok to use as we're having pork for Sunday lunch.
What do you guys think?

Use your senses - sight, smell (very important!) and common If it's been in the fridge, it should still look and smell ok if it's edible. You could also do the taste test by putting just a smidgen on the tip of your tongue to be certain it's ok. If it passes all three tests (sight, smell, taste) go for it!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
