Home made apple sauce.

Hi, I made some apple sauce at the beginning of December and froze it to use over Christmas.
There is some left over in the fridge and i was wondering if it would be still ok to use as we're having pork for Sunday lunch.
What do you guys think?
Nothing to declare ;)

Use your senses - sight, smell (very important!) and common ;) If it's been in the fridge, it should still look and smell ok if it's edible. You could also do the taste test by putting just a smidgen on the tip of your tongue to be certain it's ok. If it passes all three tests (sight, smell, taste) go for it!
