£500 for groceries and 350 for clothes are low. how old are your childeren?

Long term goal: Move house around 2027/2028
I think there is very little chance of that happening (unless you get a "bad credit" mortgage which is a bad idea.) The defaulted debts will not all have been cleared and will still be showing on your credit record.

I saw 500 for groceries and thought wow how you managing that -we are a family of five and I can't get anywhere near that low anymore. We are teenage age range though so constantly hungry. If yours are still quite young then maybe that's doable long term but if not maybe up it a bit so it's not putting to much pressure on you. Good luck with it all
