I had a Payday loan with them once unfortunately and they were very unpleasant when I made an irresponsible lending complaint. They said my complaint was frivolous and vexatious and said that I might be charged with fraud for lying on the application if I took the complaint further. Because of their nasty response I escalated the complaint to the FOS so they would have to pay the £500 complaint fee or whatever it was.
